This is a lovely rich natural cream that feels lovely on my hands and heels and it's good knowing you're only putting natural products on your skin.
I've used this cream as a hand moisturiser on my sensitive hands, but also on my dog when she had a rash on her tummy.
It stopped her scratching and took the redness away.
The cream has a lovely feel too.
This is the best cream I've used for dermatitis on my hands. When my hands were bad it relieved the itch immediately and they started healing. Whenever I feel a slight flair up from accidentally putting my hands in a dishwashing liquid or similar, I reach for the cream and that's usually the end of the problem.
It's such a lovely cream with great ingredients, I have even used it as a face moisturiser.

As a massage therapist, I've been using the Comfrey ointment on my hands, wrists and arms to help my own personal recovery after work . I use it every night before bed.
