Returns, Refunds & New Zealand Orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Buyer must notify us by email  info@wildcraft.com.au  within 7 days of receiving the item for return shipping instructions. Buyer has 14 days to return the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase enclosed. We will inspect your return and notify you when it has been approved. We will initiate a refund to your paypal account.

Change of mind: Shipping at the buyers expense. Buyer must notify us by email  info@wildcraft.com.au  within 7 days of receiving the item. Buyer has 14 days to return the item. No other returns accepted.

Product and Liability Disclaimer

Product may vary slightly in colour, taste and texture according to the season, harvesting procedure and country of origin. Product may contain traces of foreign material eg. hessian, string, small stones. This is unavoidable in a product of this nature. These cause no harm, are not ingested and remain in the base of the infuser.

New Zealand Orders – Disclaimer

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products they order are permitted for import into New Zealand. We are not responsible for any orders that are held, delayed, or rejected by New Zealand Customs or other local authorities.

By placing an order to be delivered to New Zealand, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • It is your responsibility to check the import regulations for your country before placing an order.

  • We are not liable for any orders that are seized, delayed, or destroyed by New Zealand Customs or other authorities.

  • We are not required to provide a refund or replacement for any items that are not allowed entry into New Zealand.
