You only need a small amount as it is very concentrated. Unlike other green tea you will be consuming the whole leaf. High in antioxidants and a good blood tonic. Method: In a cup add 1/2 level teaspoon Matcha powder. Add a few drops of hot water and mix to a paste. Slowly add more hot water and stir briskly. Your result will be a delicious frothy tea.
