Description
Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) is a plant species that has long been used for treating gastric parasites, skin disorders, ringworm and as a nerve and lung tonic. Mugwort is used as a flavoring agent in beer as an alternative to hops (Humulus lupulus). Mugwort can also be burned as a smudge to purify or cleanse the environment before rituals.
